Renaissance polyethylene: the artist makes costumes in the Renaissance style from the packaging

The artist Susan Yongmas proves that a real man of art can create this very art from anything, even garbage!

Yongmas herself creates incredible Renaissance costumes from different types of packaging material. An inventive girl uses polystyrene, polyethylene, foam rubber, bubble wrap and the like. But, looking at the amazing pictures that Susan also takes on her own, you are unlikely to see at first glance that the Yongmas models are dressed in plastic suits.

The artist is inspired to create beautiful photographs by paintings by world classics: Rembrandt, Hans Holbein (the Younger), as well as Rogier van der Weyden. And it turns out she’s absolutely magical!
