In the US, a veterinarian repairs a turtle with fiberglass shell

One veterinarian from a clinic in Ohio, by her own example, proved to us that her profession can be very creative and it was not for nothing that she chose her. The fact is that not so long ago a woman, walking in the forest, met with her old patient. The doctor posted on her blog a photograph of a tortoise with a very unusual shell ... made of fiberglass.

The woman said that a few years ago someone brought a box-shaped turtle to her clinic, which fell under the wheels of a car. An inventive veterinarian saved the animal with fiberglass and released the turtle into the forest. "Recently, while walking along the slope, I noticed a strange pattern in the leaves. To my surprise, it was my old client with fiberglass. Years later! Sometimes such moments are the best that is in the profession of a veterinarian."

If a tortoise with a cracked shell is found, veterinarians urge the animal to be taken to the clinic.
