New York-based designer has developed a series of images dedicated to different cities of the world

Like many modern designers, New Yorker Nick Misani is well versed in printing. A man, unlike most contemporaries, knows how to combine his talents associated with text and photography in the process of creating realistic digital art. His approach to graphic design is reflected in a series of images inspired by travel and mosaic art.

Each work contains the name of the city, placed on a unique patterned background. The font, color palette, and mosaic background are designed to reflect the aesthetics of the place in question. For example, the classic atmosphere of London materializes in a restrained black and white square, while the luster and glamor of sunny Los Angeles are manifested in Art Deco style and warm colors. Misani's graceful collection of images is no doubt inspired by the recent trend of photographing mesmerizing floors in different corners of the globe.
