In Tokyo, opened a "restaurant erroneous orders", where waiters work with dementia

One of the most unpleasant things that can happen to you in a restaurant is an incorrectly executed order: you ordered one thing and brought you something completely different. Surprisingly, this is exactly what was offered by one of the new Tokyo pop-up restaurants, which worked in test mode from June 2 to 4. His idea was that people with dementia worked as waiters here.

The bottom line is that workers with dementia may be wrong, but if you know this in advance, it will completely change your perception of the person and the situation. Such experience helps us understand that with a small amount of understanding on our part, people suffering from this disease can be functional members of society.

One of the initiators of this experiment plans to hold another similar event in September of this year, timed to coincide with World Alzheimer's Day.
